What are your lead times?

Generally 2 to 4 weeks for SelecTrim, 6 to 8 weeks for NaturaLines. Lead times can vary depending on quantity.

How do I place an order?

You may send a company PO, or you may use a signed copy of the quote/estimate. 

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept Visa & MasterCard. 

What are your terms?

Payment is due upon receipt of order unless alternate terms have been approved. 

What wood species do you offer?

We typically work with Poplar, Soft Maple, Red Oak, and Cherry, but we can easily provide custom woods upon request. 

What finishes do you offer? 

We offer unfinished, primed, painted, and stain with lacquer. 

Can I get custom woods or finishes?

Yes, we can source almost any wood, and our staining facility can create custom stains to suit any preference or to match existing woodwork.
